The Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) has launched a new portal to help investors of Sahara Group get their money back. The portal, which is called the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal, CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Launched on (18/07/2023). The Sahara India Refund Portal was launched by Indian Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah in Delhi. The portal will help more than 10 crore depositors of Sahara Group claim their deposited money back. CRCS Sahara Refund Portal Launched to Help Investors Get Their Money Back.
The portal allows investors of Sahara India to submit their claims for refunds online. They will need to provide their name, address, Sahara account number, last 4 digit of Aadhar, the number of bonds purchased, the amount invested, and the method of payment (cash, check, or draft).
Once an investor’s claim has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the CRCS. If the claim is approved, the investor will be issued a refund within 45 days.
