However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we have a refund policy in place to address such situations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: We accept cancellation requests up to 48 hours after payment has been made. After this period, we cannot issue a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our services have already been provided to you or if we have already started working on your case.

Refund Process: To request a refund, you must send an email to our support team at prospectbpl [at] or call us at 9752-81-2898 with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make the payment.

Refund Policy for downloadable/Digital product / Services: Downloadable / Digital Products and services are not eligible for refunds. Services such as consultancy or legal advice delivered in digital format are also non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees: We do not refund any fees related to third-party expenses, such as government fees, filing fees, or any other third-party expenses that are incurred during the legal process. Additionally, any fees paid for legal advice or consultation services are non-refundable, payment received for digital products are non-refundable.
