Required Document for Digital Signature Application

Individual Person

  1. One Applicant Photo
  2. Applicant ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Post Office ID card / Any Government issued photo ID card)
  3. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID Card / Driving License / Gas connection / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Bank Statements signed by the bank)

Proprietorship Firm

  1. One Applicant Photo
  2. Applicant ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Post Office ID card / Any Government issued photo ID card)
  3. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID Card / Driving License / Gas connection / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Bank Statements signed by the bank)
  4. Firm Bank Statement (Minimum 2 page, with original Bank Seal)
  5. Applicant or Firm Income Tax Return (ITR) Latest
  6. Firm Service Tax / VAT Tax / EPF Registration Certificate / Shop & Establishment Certificate / Any Other Govt. Registration Certificate.

Affidavit on Rs. 50.00 Required if applicant don’t have two page of Bank statement and/or Income Tax Return (ITR) Page

Partnership Firm / LLP

  1. One Applicant Photo
  2. Applicant ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Post Office ID card / Any Government issued photo ID card)
  3. Address Proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID Card / Driving License / Gas connection / Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Bank Statements signed by the bank)
  4. All Partners ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport)
  5. Firm PAN Card
  6. Firm Partnership Deed & Registration Certificate
  7. Firm Bank Statement (Minimum 2 page, with original Bank Seal)
  8. Firm Income Tax Return (ITR) Latest (One Year)
  9. Firm Audit Report (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement)
  10. Authorization Letter from Other Partner on Company Letterhead
  11. Authorization Letter from All Partner (in case Applicant is not Partner)
