So you have applied for Trademark or Wordmark and now you want to check the current status of your Trade Mark or Word Mark Application. To check Trade Mark application current application status you dont need any consultant and you dont have to login to the IP India portal. 1. Open IP India Portal https://ipindia.gov.in/
2. Drag Mouse pointer to “Trade Mark” menu, you will see Drop-down Menu.
3. In Drop-down Menu you will see “Related Likns” sub-menu.
4. Drag mouse pointer to “Related Likns” menu, again you will see a new sub-menu.
5. In this sub-menu, click on “Trademark Status” sub-menu.
6. You will see a Pop-up Massage, click on “Yes” button, then a new tab will open.
7. In this page click on left side menu “Trade Mark Application / Registered Mark”
8. You will see 2 option, click on “National/IRDI Number”.
9. Enter your Trademark Application No and code shown above.
10. Click on “View” Button.
11. On next page click on blue colored Trade Mark No and wait.
12. Now you will see status of your Trade MArk Application.
