  2. Pan Card of Proprietor
  3. Aadhaar Card of Proprietor
  4. Any Other address Proof of Proprietor
  5. Address Proof of Business Place or Shop:
    1. If Rented: If Office or Shop is Renter then Rent Agreement on Minimum Rs. 500 Stamp.
    2. If Owned: If Office or Shop is owned by Proprietor then Electricity Bill/Property Tax Pay Bill.
    3. If Owned by Parents: If Office or Shop owned by Parents then Rent Agreement on minimum Rs. 500 Stamp or Consent Letter on minimum Rs. 500 Stamp. (click here to download Consent letter format).
  6. Proprietorship Firm Bank Account Statement or Proprietor Saving Account Statement.
  7. Proprietorship Firm Bank Cancelled Cheque or Proprietor Saving Cancelled Cheque.
  8. Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate
