If you have a Proprietorship Firm and you want to get registered on IREPS Portal (Indian Railway) as a vendor or Contractor, then you will need following documents.

1. Proprietor Photograph
2. Proprietor PAN Card
3. Proprietor Aadhaar Card
4. Firm GST Registration Certificate
5. Firm Udyam (MSME) Registration Certificate
6. Proprietor ITR and Computation of Last 5 years (Optional)

If you have a partnership Firm and you want to get registered on IREPS Portal (Indian Railway) as a vendor or Contractor, then you will need following documents.

1. Applicant Partners Photograph
2. All Partners PAN Card
3. All Partners Aadhaar Card
4. Firm PAN Card
5. Firm Partnership Deed
6. Firm GST Registration Certificate
7. Firm Udyam (MSME) Registration Certificate
8. Firm ITR and Computation of Last 5 years (Optional)

If you have a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Firm and you want to get registered on IREPS Portal (Indian Railway) as a vendor or Contractor, then you will need following documents.
