IMP 01: Do Not use Black Pen, Only use Blue Pen for Form Filling and Signature on Form and other Document.

TYPE OF APPLICATION PROCESS

Aadhaar E-Kyc: If applicant have Aadhaar Card and name is correct on Aadhaar Card, then applicant have to give his thumb impression, no Gazetted Officer Attestation required on Applicant Document.

Manual KYC: If Applicant Don’t have Aadhaar Card or Name on Aadhaar Card is no correct, then Applicant have to attested his ID and Address Proof from Gazetted Officer
